We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance service.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy

We offer free 2-8 business day shipping within the contiguous United States only.

4.2 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Products purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items.

Refund Policy

1. Scope and Application

 

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs your rights and our obligations concerning refunds for products purchased on this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

 

All orders are processed with free 2-8 business day shipping within the contiguous United States only.

 

3. Refund Due to Non-Delivery (Shipping Discrepancy)

 

In the event that a shipment is not delivered within the stated 8-day timeframe, the following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: The customer must verify that the tracking service for the order states the item has not arrived after the 8th business day from the date of shipment.

  • Address Verification: The shipping address provided by the customer in the order must exactly match the address to which the product was shipped as indicated by our records and the tracking service.

  • Reimbursement: If both conditions above are met, the customer will not receive a monetary refund but will be reimbursed with a coupon for a discount of $10.00 toward a subsequent purchase on this website. This coupon will be issued to the customer via email.

Note: This remedy applies solely to the failure of the package to arrive within the specified time frame as indicated by the tracking service.

 

4. Products Not Eligible for Refund

 

No monetary refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any consumable products.

"Consumable products" include, but are not limited to: Coffee Beans.

 

5. Other Refunds and Returns

 

All other requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges not covered by the above clauses (e.g., damaged goods, wrong item received, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us at BlindBaristaBB@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a request.
